AF Coordinated Health Camp in CCH, Rupandehi
Physician Dr. Saddal Chaudhari, Dermatologist Dr. Ganesh Paudel and eye specialist Dr. Hira Bahadur Shah contributed on medical checkup and treatment for two days. Most of the juveniles were suffering from skin and eye related diseases. Altogether 91 juveniles were benefited by skin related treatment and 51 juveniles were benefited from eye related treatment. During the health camp, free medicines were provided to the children. According to the doctors, the children living in the conjusted space, lack of pure water fecility, poor ventilation and sun-light facility could be the reason of such types of mass disease. The doctors had recomended to provide at least one hour exposure to the Sun, pure water facility, proper sanitization, and sports and yoga activities on daily basis.
AF's monitoring visits found that the juveniles were kept in orvercrowded dark and dirty rooms without proper ventilation, children never got chance to the Sun exposure, dirty water and poor sanitization, only two times meal were provided and no safety measures were applied for protection from COVID-19 infection.
