Rights Organizations Condemn Recent Withdrawals of Cases

12 October 2012. Human rights organizations including Advocacy Forum have condemned Nepal government's freshest instance of case withdrawal against people implicated in serious breach of human rights violations. Ministry of Home Affairs has sent a letter to Ministry of Law and Justice on 3 September 2012 informing the latter about the case withdrawal.
The government through this recent decision has withdrawn many cases of attempt to murder and homicide allegedly committed by Maoists during conflict.
