AF distributed sweaters, slipper and medicines for EQ Victims of Palpa
Kathmandu, 25 January 2016: As a part of providing psychosocial counseling and social support for earthquake victims in different earthquake affected districts, Advocacy Forum (AF) distributed blankets, sweaters, slippers and medicines for more than 120 households of Gejha and Sahalkot VDCs of Palpa district. On the occasion psychosocial counseling of AF provided psychosocial counseling to the earthquake victims of both VDCs. Likewise, AF organized a psychosocial orientation program for the teachers and Management Committee members along with some guardians of Shree Sita Kund Secondary School of Palpa district.
Earlier in October 2015, AF had distributed blankets and organized an orientation programe on psychosocial security for the earthquake victims of Gejha and Sahalkot VDCs of Palpa district. The program was supported by KFB, Austria.
